Do you take my old furniture?

No, we do not take old furniture away.

How much is delivery cost?

Shipping charges for different items are displayed on our website.

Does the delivery include setting up inside my house?

Our standard delivery is kerbside/ to the door

Covid restrictions at the time of delivery will apply.

If allowed, we offer in-home delivery and set up at an additional cost.

Please check at the time of ordering if you need this special delivery service.

Can I request a particular day and time for delivery?

Because our deliveries go through third party logistics companies, it is difficult to schedule a particular day and time. Our normal deliveries occur on weekdays- Monday to Friday

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in Australia. If you are in a regional area, please check if we can deliver to your pin code.

Do you deliver on weekends?

No

What do I do if my furniture is damaged during shipping?

We take utmost care that your order is delivered to you in a perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service

Once your order has gone through, we are unable to change it

Can I exchange my item with a different model?

No, we cannot offer an exchange on items already ordered.

Warranty & damage claims:
What happens if there is an issue with the furniture item under warranty?

We are committed to provide you the best experience of our products. However, in the unlikely event of any issues in the furniture product under warranty, please contact our customer services to guide you on the steps to follow. If the issue is repairable, we will send an authorised technician to repair the item.

What does the warranty cover?

There is a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defect on Sofas, chairs, sectionals, benches, ottomans, beds, bedroom furniture, Dining tables & chairs and living room furniture.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable

Ordering & payments.
What are your payment terms?

We require full payments on items in stock at the time of ordering.

For items on pre-order, we take 30% deposit at the time of placing the order. Once the goods are in stock, we will ask you to make full balance payment including delivery.

Please note we cannot book delivery for any order unless it is fully paid.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all our prices are GST inclusive.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major debit cards, Master card, Visa,apple pay, Google pay , Afterpay, Bank transfer and PayPal.
